Information we collect

Information you give us

If you email us, directly or through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. The contact form does not send data to our servers: it opens your own email app.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of request, in server logs, to deliver the Site securely and prevent abuse. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Third-party resources

The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

How we use information

  • To reply to your messages and act on corrections you send.
  • To keep the Site secure, available and working correctly.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (when you write to us) and our legitimate use in running a secure website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, unless it is needed longer for a correction record or a legal reason. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email TforTemples@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site is a general information resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

Security

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and we keep the personal data we hold to a minimum.

We link to official and third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date shown above.
