Devotees of every age and ability should be able to use this guide. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

- Text and background colours chosen for strong contrast.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline.
- Text alternatives for meaningful illustrations and charts.
- Layouts that work on small phones and when text is enlarged up to 200%.
- Reduced animation for visitors who choose that setting in their device.
- Lightweight pages that load quickly on slow mobile connections.
Known limitations
Some tables on long pages scroll horizontally on small screens. Odia script words are included for cultural context and are always accompanied by English.
